We currently offer shipping services across India. We also accept orders from international customers; however, international shipping may incur additional costs and may be subject to customs regulations of the respective countries.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Custom Orders: If your order includes a customized product (e.g., personalized crystal bead bracelet), processing may take an additional 2-3 business days.
  1. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on the location of delivery, we may use different logistics providers. The standard shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days (depending on the location).
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge. Delivery within 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹ 999.
    • Orders below ₹999 will incur a shipping charge based on the delivery location.
  • International Orders: International shipping charges vary based on the destination country and weight of the package. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page and displayed before payment confirmation.

  1. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure that your items are safely delivered. Each product is individually wrapped and packed in high-quality, eco-friendly materials to prevent any damage during transit.

For fragile items like crystal bead bracelets and Rudraksha, we use bubble wrap or protective padding to secure the products.

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metropolitan Areas: 1-4 business days
  • Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. You can track the status of your shipment directly through the logistics provider’s website.
